Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best service and timely appointments, we kindly ask clients to review the following policies regarding nail polish reservations: Color Selection: While we offer a wide variety of in-salon polish colors, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific shades unless requested in advance. If you have a preferred color, please mention it when booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Custom Nail Art or Designs: If you are requesting custom nail art, French tips, or detailed designs, please mention this at the time of booking to allow for adequate time and preparation. Gel vs. Regular Polish: Please let us know if you prefer gel polish or regular lacquer when booking, as service time and pricing vary. Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling or a shortened service. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee. Changes to Reservations: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations.
